A federal appeals court has denied Mark Meadows’ effort to move his Georgia prosecution into federal court. The full bench of the 11th District Court of Appeals in Atlanta denied his request to reconsider a unanimous ruling by a three-judge panel to remove the criminal case from state court to federal court, although none of the judges requested a poll in this ruling. The judges also determined his petition for rehearing en banc, or by the full panel, should be considered the same as a request for the three-judge panel to reconsider, so it was also denied.
