The US government is imposing sanctions against the Israeli non-governmental organization Hashomer Yosh in the West Bank due to what it termed “extremist settler violence.” At the end of January, the residents of the Palestinian Bedouin village of Chirbet Zanuta near Hebron were forced to leave their village, the US State Department said in a statement on Wednesday.
