Former Daimler chief executive Edzard Reuter has died at the age of 96, a spokesman for the Helga and Edzard Reuter Foundation has said. The former boss of the German carmaker died on Sunday in Stuttgart. “The death of Edzard Reuter fills us with great sadness,” said Dr Susanne Eisenmann, the chairwoman of the foundation’s board.
