By Georgia Diebelius The UK is set to be covered in Saharan dust from tonight as a huge cloud blows over the Atlantic from Africa. The Met Office issued warnings that the giant cloud would arrive in some parts of the country on Sunday evening, with others witnessing the red dust on their cars and roads from Monday. It is expected the new plume will be enveloped by rainfall after being transported thousands of miles by high winds.
