The US Supreme Court has agreed to decide if Donald Trump is immune from prosecution on charges of trying to overturn the 2020 election. The conservative majority court has agreed to hear the case of whether the former President can be shielded from criminal liability. A US Court of Appeals panel has already rejected Trump’s argument that he enjoys presidential immunity.
