A 33-year-old employee at a youth detention center let inmates use his personal cell phone, authorities said. Tyrell Jones provided the phone to people housed at Atlantic County Juvenile Detention Center-Harborfields in Egg Harbor City, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office said.
