Cannabis plants have been discovered growing in a plot in a Fenland town. Eagle-eyed officers from the Fenland Neighbourhood Policing Team came across the plants on a site in Duke Street, Wisbech, this morning (Wednesday). The 15 plants have been seized and investigations into who the unidentified ‘gardener’ might be are ongoing.
