Tennis stars taking the court in the upcoming Australian Open will have their eye on a bigger prize, after organizers announced a record increase to the multi-million-dollar reward on Friday. Organizers said that the prize pool will go up by a record $10 million Australian ($6.85 million US), a 13% increase compared to 2023, to a historic-high $86.5 million.
