A 49-year-old Ohio man was sentenced to 300 months in prison after pleading guilty to two counts of distribution of fentanyl that killed two men. Gerald Isom, age 49, of Toledo, Ohio, was also ordered to serve three years of supervised release and pay a $200 special assessment and $1,026 in restitution. According to court documents, during the evening of December 26, 2019, Isom sold fentanyl to a group of five young men who believed they were receiving cocaine.
