Patients and their relatives, as well as staff of University College Hospital (UCH) Ibadan are currently groaning over the total power outage in the hospital. DAILY POST reports that the tertiary health institution is currently experiencing total blackout as a result of the disconnection of the hospital from the national grid by the Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company (IBEDC).
