By Tim Hanlon Brits face travel disruption with 17-hour heavy rain warning and flooding for later today. After more showers in the past week with milder conditions the ground has already been saturated and now further downpours are forecast. The Met Office yellow warning for rain covers the north of England from coast to coast and runs from 12pm today until 5am on Tuesday morning.
