Germany aimed to advance discussions on a peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan by hosting the foreign ministers of the two countries in Berlin, on Wednesday. At a secluded government villa, German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock welcomed Armenia’s Ararat Mirzoyan and Azerbaijan’s Jeyhun Bayramov for what was scheduled as two days of negotiations.
