Finlands presidential election was headed to a run-off between former prime minister Alexander Stubb and ex-foreign minister Pekka Haavisto after none of the candidates in Sundays vote received more than 50% of ballots cast. After more than a decade under the leadership of popular President Sauli Niinistö, his successor is now set to be decided on February 11 when the two top vote-getters face off.
