Portugal’s designated prime minister Luís Montenegro presented his cabinet to President Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa on Thursday. The minority government consists of a total of 11 men and six women. Paulo Rangel, a former member of the European Parliament, will take the post of foreign minister, the economics department will be taken over by economist Pedro Reis, and the finance ministry will be led by economics professor Joaquim Miranda Sarmento, the presidential office said.
