A woman has been arrested on charges related to striking a child in the face with an unidentified object, officials said. Katherine Pastor, 45, of Teaneck, was arrested on Friday. She is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and the disorderly persons offense of simple assault, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office said in a news release.
