The Sugar-Salem girls soccer team added to its trophy collection on Saturday, winning its second straight state title with a 4-0 win over Buhl. It was a record-setting state tournament for the Diggers, who set records for goals scored in a 4A state match with nine and goals set in a tournament with 16. The Diggers outscored opponents 16-0 in the tournament and finished the season 19-1, their lone loss coming 3-2 to 5A state champion Pocatello back on Sept. 10.
