By Jeremy Armstrong At least 30,000 XL Bully owners are planning to keep their dogs despite the nationwide ban which comes into force this week. It has been illegal to breed, sell, advertise, exchange, gift, rehome, abandon or allow XL Bully dogs to stray in England and Wales since the start of the year. From Thursday, it will become illegal to own one if it is not registered as exempt.
