The following is a news release from the city of Pocatello. POCATELLO – Beginning Tuesday at 9 a.m., the Pocatello Creek Road on-ramp to northbound Interstate 15 will be closed. The closure will help crews prepare to pave the new on-ramp. It’s expected to last until about 2 p.m. Detours will be in place to guide traffic to the Northgate Interchange or to the Clark Street Exit.
