Penn State reached 20 commitments in its Class of 2025 Friday evening following the addition of Maryland wide receiver Jeff Exinor. Ranked No. 351 nationally in On3’s Industry Rankings, Exinor is the second four-star receiver to join the class. The Nittany Lions also now have an even split of four- and three-star players with 10 each.
