By Niamh Kirk A furious homeowner has come to the end of their patience with their neighbour who refuses to stop their “aggressive” dogs run havoc in their garden. Claiming that their neighbour’s dogs will enter their garden “multiple times” a day, they are fed up and are worried about the nature of the dogs as one is a rottweiler and another is a pitbull.
