Editor’s Note: This is a developing story and is being updated. Russia attacked Kyiv with drones overnight on Oct. 29, injuring three people, Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported. One of the two victims was hospitalized, Klitschko said. The other two were treated for their injuries on site.
