TAMPA, Fla. – Tampa Police officers arrested two teens after a shooting related to a narcotic transaction in the Westshore Plaza parking garage. Tarivus Clemons, 16, and Armontae Wilson, 16, were both arrested, according to Tampa PD. According to police, the victim arrived at the garage at 2:40 pm on Wednesday to meet with Clemons and Wilson.
