There are delays on the M4 through West Berkshire this morning (Monday). One lane is currently closed on the westbound carriageway due to a vehicle fire, the AA is reporting. The incident is between junction 12 at Theale and junction 13 at Chieveley. National Highways said the outside lane of the motorway is currently blocked. There is currently heavy traffic in the area while emergency services attend the incident
