Officers are concerned for the welfare of a pensioner who has been missing since this morning (Feb 28). Derek Sweeney, from Minster near Ramsgate, has mobility issues so needs a stick to help him walk. The 80-year-old, who sometimes gets confused, wears glasses, has grey hair which is combed over and has a large build. He was last seen wearing a dark green coat and grey tracksuit bottoms. Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call 999, quoting reference 28-0878.
