HERNANDO COUNTY, Fla. \- A registered sex offender in Hernando County has been arrested for failing to report his social media accounts to authorities. Kent Douglas Baker, 67, was arrested on October 24th and charged with four counts of failing to comply with sex offender reporting requirements.
