A Georgia GOP county election board member is refusing to certify the results of the primary election. Fulton County elections board member Julie Adams was a holdout in voting to certify the votes, and gave an ultimatum that she would do so only if granted access to detailed voting data, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.
