Union Berlin have signed Slovakia’s Euro 2024 midfielder international Laszlo Benes from second tier SV Hamburg. The 26-year-old has moved on undisclosed terms. “With Laszlo, we are gaining a versatile midfielder who can create chances time and again with his set pieces, among other things,” new Union head of football Horst Heldt said in a statement on Friday.
