Baltimore McDonogh four-star wide receiver Jeff Exinor has committed to Penn State. He chose the Nittany Lions over the likes of Virginia Tech, Syracuse and Maryland. Exinor is the No. 351 overall prospect and No. 52 wideout in the 2025 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
