Ghana’s parliament on Wednesday passed a controversial anti-homosexuality bill that criminalizes the acts, promotion, advocacy and funding of homosexuality in the West African country. The Human Sexual Rights and Ghanaian Family Values Bill was introduced about three years ago and will now go to President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for his signature. The president has not yet confirmed whether he would sign it or not.
