Patna (Bihar) [India], January 28 (ANI): Union Minister and BJP MP Nityanand Rai on Sunday asserted that good government is necessary for Bihar adding that NDA (National Democratic Alliance) would secure victory in all 40 seats in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. “Good government is necessary for Bihar.
