Owners of XL Bully dogs have just days left to apply for an exemption allowing them to keep their pet, before a ban on the breed officially comes into force. Online applications for exemption certificates close at noon on Wednesday (January 31) – after which it will become illegal to own an XL Bully if the process has not been completed.
