A massage therapist at the King Spa and Sauna in Palisades Park was arrested Tuesday and charged with sexual assault while giving a massage, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said Wednesday. Young Uk Hu, 37, of Palisades Park was charged with three counts of second-degree sexual assault and fourth-degree criminal sexual contact, authorities said.
