A 24-year-old Florida man has been sentenced to 16 years and 8 months in federal prison for distribution of 40 grams or more of a mixture and substance containing a detectable amount of fentanyl. E’Chavion Semaj Flewellen, 24, Cocoa, entered a guilty plea on January 4, 2024. According to court documents, from June through August 2023, Flewellen distributed fentanyl six times – with one transaction involving cocaine – to a confidential source working for the Drug Enforcement Administration.
