A man accused of robbing an Ocean County bank last week while wearing a white face mask and an umbrella to hide his identity was arrested Saturday, police said. Andrew Borbotko III, 44, of Lakewood, was charged with second-degree robbery, Brick Township Chief of Police David Forrester announced Monday. Borbotko allegedly entered a Santander Bank branch on Beaverson Boulevard in Brick around noon on July 24, investigators said.
