A four-year-old boy in Hong Kong has died after he was given unprescribed herbal pills by his mother, who was arrested over alleged ill-treatment of her son. The boy, surnamed Chou, died around 7.30 pm at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Yau Ma Tei on Sunday.
