Russian troops are using the captured Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) as a military base for Chechen militants, according to the Center for National Resistance. As reported, Chechen units of the Russian National Guard Ahmat (OMON – system of special police units within the National Guard of Russia and SOBR – Special Rapid Response Unit) are stationed at the Zaporizhzhia NPP, where they have established a base.
