Forecasts show figures as low as a bitter -10C in parts of Scotland on April 10. Weather maps show the UK bathed in blue, with the Highlands the chilliest. Temperatures will barely rise over zero on the morning of the 10th, according to WXCharts maps, using data from MetDesk. Thermometers will peak at 2-3C in East Anglia, according to the forecast.
