Motorola has quietly introduced two new G-series phones to the global market, called Moto G55 5G and Moto G35 5G. The G35 is an entry-level 5G phone, and the G55 has joined Motorola’s mid-range 5G lineup. Let’s take a look at the specifications, features, and price of both smartphones.

Moto G55 5G specifications, price

The Moto G55 5G has a 6.5-inch IPS LCD panel with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood is the Dimensity 7025 processor, which the brand previously used to power the Moto G64. It comes with 4GB/8GB/12GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of internal storage. It is powered by a 5,000 mAh battery with 30W fast charging support.

For selfies, Moto G55 has a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. The rear camera consists of a 50-megapixel primary camera with OIS technology and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. The Moto G55 is available in Europe for €249 and is available in shades such as Twilight Purple (vegan leather), Smoky Green (vegan leather), and Forest Grey.

The €199 Moto G35 5G has a large 6.72-inch LCD panel with HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It runs on the Unisoc T760 chipset, has 4GB of RAM and 128GB / 256GB of internal storage. It is powered by a 5,000 mAh battery with 18W charging support.

The Moto G35 has a 16-megapixel selfie camera and a 50-megapixel (main) + 8-megapixel (ultra-wide-angle) dual camera setup on the back. The G35 is available in colors such as Leaf Green (vegan leather), Guava Red, and Midnight Black.

Both devices come pre-installed with Android 14 with Hello UI. These phones also feature dual speakers with Dolby Atmos support, a 3.5mm headphone jack, microSD card slot, side fingerprint sensor, and IP52-rated body.
