A teenager has reported being raped in a park. The victim was walking through Luton Recreation Ground near Ash Tree Lane in Chatham between 7pm and 9pm on July 28 when she was approached by a man she did not know who was walking a dog. It is alleged he made her walk to a nearby wooded area where the offence was committed. The suspect is described as a white man with a bald head, in his 40s, who was wearing an ‘England’ shirt and shorts. One of his arms was covered in a tattoo sleeve.
