Four people have been taken to hospital after a multi-vehicle crash shut a main road. Police, ambulance and fire services were called to the collision, which happened at about 1.26pm today in Whitstable Road near Herne Bay. Seven people were treated by paramedics, four of whom were taken to William Harvey Hospital in Ashford for further treatment. Three cars were involved and the road is currently blocked.
