A High Court in Kano State has fixed May 27 to hear three applications over the suspension of National Chairman of All Progressives Congress, APC, Abdullahi Ganduje. The application s to be entertained by the court are preliminary objection, jurisdiction and joinder. The applicants, Haladu Gwanjo and Laminu Sani Borguma, through their counsel, Ibrahim Sa’ad, informed the court that they had filed a motion ex parte with 13 paragraph affidavit seeking an order for interim injunction on Ganduje’s suspension.
