The Israeli Air Force announced on Sunday evening that it had carried out airstrikes on about 120 targets in Lebanon with dozens of fighter jets without giving details on casualties. Earlier, the Lebanese Health Ministry reported at least 53 deaths and 100 injuries from Israeli strikes in the south and east of the country.
