Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has welcomed the return of Ukrainian prisoners from Russia, including Nariman Dzhelyal, a leader of the Crimean Tatars. “Ten civilians, plus 90 soldiers were released this week,” Zelensky said in a video message.
