Two Polish entrepreneurs are behind plans to turn a former Bishop’s Stortford charity shop into a new bar. Szymon Kostka and Katarzyna Zych, trading as SKK Champagne Ltd, have asked East Herts Council for a licence to serve alcohol at the former Oxfam bookshop in North Street. The application would allow the premises to sell drinks from 10am to 11pm, Monday to Wednesday, from 10am to midnight from Thursday to Saturday and from 10am to 9pm on Sunday.
