Hertfordshire police and the Crown Prosecution Service have defended how they investigated and indicted transvestite predator Wayne Rogers before he was finally convicted. This week, the force paid tribute to the bravery of the 20-year-old man who was sexually assaulted in Bishop’s Stortford by the 48-year-old Plaw Hatch Close resident and hairdresser.
