Works are progressing on a 750-home housing estate near Bluewater. Taylor Wimpey’s Knights Reach development in Stone, near Dartford, was granted outline planning permission in 2022 by the council. The first phase of access works for the development, off Watling Street, started in October 9 last year and were completed in mid-December. It involved a new “bellmouth” entrance to the development being created from Watling Street. A spine road linking Watling Street with London Road was also created. The second phase was carried out immediately after, and the new access road has now been finished….
