Puri (Odisha) [India], June 30 (ANI): Union Minister for Railways Ashwini Vaishnaw on Saturday said that special arrangements have been made for the devotees coming to the Rath Yatra of Lord Jagannath. Addressing the issue of conveyance of devotees, he further stated that 315 special trains will run for the occasion.
