CLEARWATER, Fla. \- Pinellas County Sheriff’s Detectives have arrested a Clearwater man after he exposed himself in a business parking lot in Oldsmar. On February 24, 2024, at approximately 8:30 p.m., an adult female was walking to her vehicle in the parking lot of Ulta, located at 3142 Tampa Road in Oldsmar, when she observed a male in the driver’s seat of a gold Chevy Equinox.
