The Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office has taken plea bargains off the table for two of the three defendants charged with the stray-bullet shooting of honors student Robert Cuadra, who was caught in the crossfire of gang warfare while unloading groceries at his grandmother’s house in Paterson.
