Guwahati (Assam) [India], June 30 (ANI): The water level of the Brahmaputra River has been increasing following torrential rain in many parts of Assam and neighbouring states in the past couple of days. According to the flood report of Assam State Disaster Management Authority (ASDMA), nearly 1.34 lakh people including 33760 children of 7 districts of the state – Kamrup, Karimganj, Dhemaji, Dibrugarh, Cachar, Tinsukia, Lakhimpur, have affected in the deluge.
